Yes! We have a dedicated “Lightweight” collection featuring suitcases designed to be as light as possible without compromising durability. Many of our other collections also prioritize weight reduction to make your travels easier.

Our Eco-Friendly range uses sustainable materials and production methods to minimize environmental impact. These products maintain our high standards for durability while reducing your travel carbon footprint.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship to?
We ship worldwide to most countries (excluding some remote areas in Asia and other locations). During checkout, you can enter your address to confirm we deliver to your location.
What are my shipping options?
We offer two shipping methods:
  1. Standard Shipping (£12.95) via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days after dispatch)
  2. Free Shipping via EMS for orders over £50 (15-25 business days after dispatch)
All orders take 1-2 business days to process before dispatch.
How can I track my order?
We’ll email you a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched from our Leicester warehouse. You can use this to follow your luggage’s journey to your doorstep.
When should I order to ensure my luggage arrives before my trip?
We recommend:
  • Ordering 3-4 weeks before your trip if choosing free shipping
  • Ordering at least 2 weeks in advance for standard shipping
This allows plenty of time for processing, shipping, and packing!

Do you store my payment information?
For your security, we don’t store complete payment information on our servers. When you choose to save payment details for future purchases, this information is securely encrypted and stored by our payment processors.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We offer a 15-day return window from the delivery date. To be eligible for return:
  • Items must be unused
  • Original packaging must be intact
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility

How long do refunds take to process?
Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we’ll process your refund within 5 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider.
