Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We cannot ship to some Asian countries and remote regions.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide (excluding some Asian countries and remote regions). International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply.
Easy Returns & Exchanges
We stand behind our quality luggage range – from expandable suitcases to underseat cabin bags. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return most items within 15 days of delivery.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- Item must be unused and in original condition
- Original packaging and all tags must be intact
- Proof of purchase required
- Request must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
Important Hygiene Notice:
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on Vanity Cases that have been opened or used. All other luggage items in our range (including sets, cabins, underseats, and suitcases of all sizes) are eligible for returns if unused.

- Package Securely – Repack item in original packaging with all tags attached

Refund Details
When your return is approved:
- Timing: Refunds processed within 5 business days after we receive your return. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
- Method: Refunds issued to original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
- Amount: Item price minus original shipping costs (unless returning a faulty item).
Exchange Details
For exchanges:
- We’ll ship your replacement after receiving and approving your return
- Standard shipping charges apply for the new item (waived if original was faulty)
